Ladies Night is a heels dance class open to all levels. This class will focus on technique and self confidence. Heels are recommended but not mandatory. Knee pads are highly recommended. Doors open at 7:00 pm, class starts at 7:15 pm. Wine and hors d'oeuvres are served during class.
This 45 min class is a full body workout. We will focus on toning the body by doing squats/leg work, barre work, stability and balance focused exercises, across the floor movement, and core work. Bring your yoga mat!
Attire requirements:
-Workout clothes (no baggy attire)
-No shoes will be worn during class
-Yoga mat required
This 60 min class is an intense cardio workout. We will be doing nonstop, rhythm based movement. This is a follow the leader style of instruction. All levels are welcome.

In this is a 60 min course, we will work on the basics of movement in heels. We will focus on walking and movement combinations across the floor, shifting of bodyweight, building confidence, body posture, and floor work. The course will begin with a 15 min warmup, continue on with floor work and finishing with learning a combination.

This 60 min class is an intense cardio workout. We will be doing nonstop, rhythm based movement. This is a follow the leader style of instruction. Choreography will be taught as well. All levels are welcome.
