POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Studio Expectations

• There is a designated area for food and drinks.  No gum, food, or drinks are allowed on the dance floor.
• Street Shoes are not permitted on the dance floor.
• To avoid distractions, we kindly ask that parents do not sit in class while it is in session.
• Please inform the instructor of any allergies, prior injuries, or special needs that may need to be accommodated.​

Registration

Registration is required prior to enrollment and attendance in class.  Any exceptions are at the discretion of the instructor.  Once registered, the participant's spot is guaranteed in the class.  All forms of payment are accepted.  

Drop-in Dance Classes

Drop-in classes are open to all dancers. Our drop-in rate is $30 per class. 

Refunds

All classes, events and yearly registration fees are non-refundable. Austin Lo'ren has a no refund policy.

Cancellation of Classes

If inclement weather occurs, parent will be notified at least 2 hours in advance of any cancellations.

Attendance

Dancers are expected to attend every class.  If a dancer will not be in attendance, please contact the studio prior to the start of class to inform the instructor.  ​Make-up classes are available.  Please see instructor for scheduling options.

Dress Code

Students are to wear proper dance attire and shoes while in class. No jewelry is to be worn during class. Please have hair pulled up in a ponytail.
