Monthly: Heels Dance Class

Ladies Night is a heels dance class open to all levels, that's only offered EVERY 1ST FRIDAY of the month. This class will focus on technique and self confidence. Heels are recommended but not mandatory. Knee pads are highly recommended. Doors open at 7:00PM, class starts at 7:15PM. Wine and hors d'oeuvres are served before class.

Contemporary: Open Level

Flexibility & Deep Stretch: Open Level

Unwind, lengthen, and reconnect with your body in this Flexibility & Deep Stretch class. Designed for all levels, this class focuses on improving range of motion, releasing tension, and increasing overall mobility—whether you're a dancer looking to improve your lines or just want to feel more open and aligned.

Expect a mix of:

  • Long, passive stretches to target deep muscle release
  • Active flexibility drills to safely improve mobility
  • Breathwork to enhance relaxation and body awareness
  • Techniques to support injury prevention and recovery

You’ll leave feeling looser, lighter, and more in tune with your body.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat or towel

Heels: 101

Ready to tap into your confidence, sensuality, and power—one step at a time? Heels 101 is the perfect starting point for anyone brand new to dancing in heels. This class is designed to help you build confidence, strength, and body awareness in a fun, supportive, and judgment-free space.

You'll learn:

  • Basic heels technique (walking, weight shifts, balance)
  • Foundational movements and transitions
  • Beginner-friendly choreography with a focus on musicality and expression
  • Posture, alignment, and how to feel fierce in every step

Whether you're dancing for the first time or just new to heels, this class is all about discovering your movement, your style, and your inner powerhouse.

What to bring:

Heels: Beginner/Intermediate

Take your heels journey to the next level! This Beginner/Intermediate Heels class is designed for dancers who are comfortable with basic heels technique and ready to explore more challenging choreography, transitions, and performance quality.

You’ll focus on:

  • Building on foundational heels technique (walks, turns, floor work)
  • Learning dynamic, stylized choreography
  • Developing musicality, control, and stage presence
  • Increasing strength, fluidity, and confidence in movement

This class strikes the perfect balance between technique and expression—giving you space to grow, perform, and slay with style.

What to bring:

  • Heels (preferably closed-toe or ankle-supportive)

Strong foundation in hip hop or street styles recommended.

No partner needed | Beginner-friendly with challenges for all levels.

  • Latin dance styles (Salsa, Samba, Cha Cha, Mambo & more)
