Ladies Night is a heels dance class open to all levels, that's only offered EVERY 1ST FRIDAY of the month. This class will focus on technique and self confidence. Heels are recommended but not mandatory. Knee pads are highly recommended. Doors open at 7:00PM, class starts at 7:15PM. Wine and hors d'oeuvres are served before class.

This Hip-Hop class focuses on not only Hip-Hop as a dance, but what it is as a culture. We will take an in depth look at Hip-Hop foundation and how to incorporate it into our movement, how to develop your own groove and stylize party moves, build confidence and personality in learning choreography, as well as understanding terminology to utilize in other dance classes. Come prepared to learn the world of Hip-Hop starting with the world inside of you.

Heels Fundamentals gears toward the experienced (beyond beginner but not yet intermediate) and intermediate level dancers. It consists of a brief group warm-up, across-the-floor phrases to learn new skills, and a stage performance-based dance combo for pre-professional training and living your most elevated life!
Heels is a style of dance that is performed while wearing high-heeled shoes, specifically stilettos because it gives dancers the mobility and confidence to tap into their femininity. During class we will focus on engaging your core & leg muscles, which helps improve balance, as well as proper technique which improves coordination and stability. Contemporary fusion is a fun and judgement free class where movement artists of all backgrounds are encouraged to come and explore their bodies using different dynamics within a set piece of choreography. Starting with a warmup, we progress through class learning a combination that focuses on a foundation in contemporary elements all while fusing other styles such as hip hop, jazz, house, and other various styles.
A heart pumping class where we move through a variety of different movements at a fast pace, while listening to Chicago style Juke Music. Increase your stamina and burn calories during this intense, but fun workout with exercises that can be both high impact and lower impact depending on your level.
A classic cardio workout. The "step" is a 4 to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. This class allows you to burn 500 plus calories.
