Austin Lo’ren Cares is a community-focused initiative created by Austin Lo’ren Dance Academy with a mission to make the transformative power of dance accessible to children and families who may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate.
We believe that every child deserves a place to belong, a safe space to express themselves, and an opportunity to discover their potential through the arts—regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.
Our Vision
Our vision is bigger than dance classes.
We want to create a community where young people feel seen, supported, encouraged, and valued. We want to help children build confidence, give families access to opportunities they may not otherwise have, and provide teens with a positive place to grow.

Bringing Dance to Children Who Need It Most:
Through Austin Lo’ren Cares, we bring dance enrichment programs directly to daycare centers and community programs serving low-income families. Our goal is to remove common barriers such as tuition costs and transportation while introducing children to movement, creativity, discipline, confidence, and self-expression.
We want children to experience the joy of dance early in life and discover that their creativity and dreams have no limits.
Dance Scholarships:
Financial circumstances should never be the reason a child has to sit on the sidelines.
Austin Lo’ren Cares will provide dance scholarships and financial assistance to families who may not be able to afford traditional dance training. Scholarships will help children participate in classes, programs, workshops, intensives, and other opportunities at Austin Lo’ren Dance Academy.
A Safe Space for Teens:
We are also committed to creating positive opportunities for Chicago teens.
Austin Lo’ren Cares aims to provide teens with a safe, structured, and creative environment where they can spend their time developing skills, building relationships, expressing themselves, and working toward their goals.
Through dance, mentorship, training, performances, and leadership opportunities, we want to encourage teens to choose the studio, choose creativity, and choose their future.
